MoonMaxx Productions (MMP) was founded on one basic principal: “Exceptional Quality.” MMP accomplishes this goal in a variety of ways from the creative and talented staff, to the ability to think "out of the box," from the endless pursuit of perfection and resources. Bringing to you over 100 years of combined experience, the MMP’s award winning creative team can coordinate a variety of shows and events. MMP’s have produced live shows for theme parks, cruise ships and casinos as well as produced television and film for the local, national and international levels.

 


Recently, Dennis directed and Produced Kings Dominion theme park's summer productions of Signed, Sealed and Delivered, On Broadway, Pop Fusion, Got Country, Karaoke Superstars, and Street Beats. Hunt shows for Kings Dominion are Skaraoke, Disturbia, Graveyard Shift, The Night Shift, Edge of Darkness and Uprisin . Dennis was the National Entertainment Director for Spirit Cruises for 10 years and Entertainment Director for Six Flags Great Adventure for 2 years, before starting his production company MoonMaxx Productions. He is a two-time winner of the "Big E Award" (Best Theme Park Show in America) for Heatwave and Spirit, shows he produced, and directed for Libertyland Amusement Park in Memphis, TN. He has produced the entertainment for such events as Be for the Hilton Corporation in Las Vegas and New Orleans, The GI Girls for the Tropicana Casino in Atlantic City, Mattel Corporation's entertainment for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City, and Boscov's Thanksgiving Day Parade in Philadelphia.  He has produced the instructional "How to Video" series for mobile DJs and directed the television shows; "What's up at the Movies" and "Mystic Revelations. Dennis has directed several musical touring companies and performed for such theme parks as Opryland, Busch Gardens, and Six Flags.

Production Team

Donald has been choreographing and dancing all over Boston at various theater companies. He last worked on re-choreographing Turtle Lane Playhouse’s (TLP) The Full Monty (brought back by popular demand) and various cabaret shows for The Miracle Providers North East, Inc. Other works include: Kings Dominion theme park's summer production of Signed, Sealed, Delivered! with Dennis and Julie; RENT, The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, Crazy for You, Cabaret, The Full Monty, Miss Saigon, Once on This Island, and was IRNE nominated (Independent Reviewers of New England) for “Best Choreography,” The Producers. A native of San Diego, Donald attended the San Diego School of Creative & Performing Arts and continued on to graduate from Suffolk University receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Theater and Music History, and a minor in Humanities. Donald has always found a passion for dance, teaching at the   Boston Ballet, Emmanuel College, Boston College and Suffolk University; and currently works at Jack Morton Worldwide also choreographing for Fortune 500 companies and most recently for the fourth year The Red Sox Foundation Florida event during Spring Training.

Julie Ann currently works as a Choreographer for several professional theater company's in Boston and is MoonMaxx Productions full time Choreographer. Most recently, she choreographed Kings Dominion Theme Park's Signed, Sealed and Delivered, Pop Fusion, Got Country, and On Broadway. For their Haunt season she Choreographed Disturbia, Uprising, Night Shift and Edge Of Darkness. Julie Ann has been dancing professionally since age 7. She studied with the Academy Of Performing Arts where she competed nationally and was the recipient of many titles and awards including American Miss. During  Julie Ann's dancing career she worked and toured with the Albany Berkshire Ballet Company, The Onstage Dance Company and Boston Ballet. She has also worked as an actress/dancer for numerous musical theater company's all over the greater Boston area. Julie Ann has had the opportunity to perform with talents such as Savion Glover, danced in the Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade in NYC, and performed with Disney in Orlando Florida. As a teacher, Julie Ann has taught at schools such as the Boston Ballet, Turtle Lane playhouse, and Onstage Dance Studio. She founded the KASE Program, and is Director of the Turtle Lane Children's Theater Workshops. Julie Ann also has Choreographed a variety of cabaret shows for the Miracle Providers North East, Inc, as well as for the Provincetown Buisness Guild.

Musical Director              —               Suzanne D'Amico

For the last four years she has been the Walk Day Chair for the NYC Walk4Hearing, an event that raised over one million dollars for deaf and hard of hearing individuals. A cause that is very dear to her heart. She has an 8 year old hearing impaired daughter.  For four years Suzanne cast, managed and coordinated the entertainment for Spirit Cruises in New York and New Jersey, before becoming national entertainment manager. Before that she was the events coordinator for the Millennium Hilton in Lower Manhattan. For the last three years, Suzanne has been the upfront producer for Lifetime TV. She has worked with such stars as Patti LaBelle, Chaka Khan, Reba McEntire and Kelsey Grammer.  Recently, she was the Assistant Director for the show “Skaraoke” at Kings Dominion in Richmond, VA. Suzanne was musical director for all of the major shows at Six Flag Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ during the 2005 season. She was also the musical director and associate producer for the award winning show “Heatwave” at Casino Magic Biloxi.  Her other musical directing credits include “The GI Girls” at the Tropicana Casino in Atlantic City, NJ and the “Big E” award winning theme park show “Heatwave” in Memphis, TN. For Kings Dominion Suzanne was the musical director for Pop Fusion, Got Country, Karaoke Superstars On Broadway and Edge of Darkness.  Suzanne has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Vocal Performance from Carnegie Mellon University.

Amy Kaeberle, originally from Richmond, VA, can currently be found touring the US and Canada as a performer and understudy in Elmo Makes Music (Sesame Street Live/VEE Corporation). Previously, she worked with MoonMaxx Productions at Kings Dominion as a company manager, dance captain, choreographer, and featured dancer in multiple shows including On Broadway, Pop Fusion, Got Country, Street Beats, The Night Shift, Uprising, Signed Sealed Delivered, and Disturbia. She has also spent time residing in Orlando, Florida where she performed full time in Universal Studio’s Superstar Parade, as well as Double Dare Live (Nickelodeon Suites Resort) and Elmo and Abby’s Treasure Hunt (SeaWorld). Previously, Amy graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies combining dance/choreography and kinetic imaging. Several Richmond, VA credits include Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding (Off-Broadway Tour – Richmond); Dora’s Sing-a-Long Adventure and Meet the Nicktoons (Kings Dominion); The Legend of Killarney (Busch Gardens Williamsburg); Hairspray (Dogwood Dell); Once Upon a Mattress and Joseph...Dreamcoat (Swift Creek Mill Theater); and Cats (SPARC).  Besides performing, Amy has choreographed several shows including Street Beats, Karaoke Superstars, Charlie Brown’s All Stars, and Peanuts Rockin’ Party at Kings Dominion; Grease, Guys and Dolls, and Anything Goes at Atlee High School as well as Thoroughly Modern Millie at New Kent High School. She has had the opportunity to work as a guest choreographer at Appomattox Governor’s School for the Arts, Henrico Center for the Arts, VCU, Stonewall Jackson Middle School, Shuffles Performing Arts Center, and Jessica Morgan's School of Dance.

Currently Kris works for the Boston Symphony Orchestra as their Set Designer and also the set designer for DMB Productions, a non-profit theater company for teens and young adults. Kris attended the University of Maine Orono. While there he served 2 years as their sound and lighting technician. Before the BSO, Kris was the visual manager for Filenes down-town Flagship store, the visual manager for Macy's, and a window designer and Saks Fifth Avenue.
